Hypnotism is a mental state
or imaginative role-enactment. It is usually induced by a procedure which is
known as hypnotic induction. Hypnosis typically involves an introduction to the
procedure during which the subject is told that suggestions for imaginative
experiences will be presented.
May seem like a mysterious
form of mind control to many people. However it can done by yourself. It may
seem difficult to do but it is most important to remain relaxed and willing to
be hypnotized.
The first thing is to induce
a hypnotic state, which is known as induction. You will need a comfortable and
quiet place. Remember that during hypnosis, you will be able to hear and see everything
that is going on. You will need to breath calmly, slowly and focusing on your
breathing and on something outside your body which might be a sound or a visual
cue like hear a music or watch TV.
Second thing you need to shut
off your thought. Soothing background music that tells you what to do as you
are going through the steps to self-hypnotize can help. Once you have relaxed
into a hypnotic state, you can make suggestions which will allow you to plant
ideas into subconscious mind, called script. This tells your subconscious mind
exactly what you want it to think.
One thing remember that using
the power of positive thinking will lead you to achieve your goals. At the end
of your hypnotic session, you will wake yourself up by yourself to wake-up. A key
point to note that if you hypnotize yourself to fall asleep then it will lead
you to the sleep state not the hypnotize state and by this you can’t be awake
immediately.
Do practice daily in order to
better hypnotize yourself and to keep working towards your objectives. Try to
have daily session which may take up to half an hour for better and productive
results.
